1.2 Customs charges:

Packages shipped outside the European Union are, depending on the country of destination, subject to customs charges.

These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

It is the end customer, therefore you, who is responsible for paying these import fees/taxes.


2.1 Production time:

Our supplier starts the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after ordering.

2.2 Shipping time:

Upon receipt of payment, the order is printed and shipped from our supplier's workshop between 24 and 72 hours on average (delay in working days, for products in stock and in normal times).

In France, the deadline is 2 to 3 working days.

In the European Union, the announced deadline is 3 to 10 working days

In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days

2.3 Special conditions

The delivery is always tracked, we transmit the tracking automatically.

If you opt for Colissimo delivery, your package will be delivered to you within 48 to 72 hours after the order has been confirmed (if order is before 10:00 a.m.).

Orders placed from Friday (after 10:00 am) to Sunday are shipped on Monday, in this case the 48h/72h deadline runs from Monday (excluding bank holiday Monday).

Note (November-December 2020): during this period of end-of-year holidays and health crisis, production and delivery times are likely to be longer than usualTrust us, we are doing the best we can! However, delivery times may be extended from 3 to 6 days.

The deadlines announced on the site are those announced by the carrier, Globe Lovers cannot be held responsible for a delivery deadline not respected by the carrier.


In France, delivery is made by La Poste or GLS.

For delivery in Europe or the rest of the world, we also use the services of the French post (relayed by the postal services of the country of destination) or GLS depending on the destination.

Once the package has been sent, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number


The products are delivered to the delivery address you gave us during the ordering process.

Upon delivery, in the event of loss, Globe Lovers undertakes to reimburse the order only after the carrier has officially declared the products ordered as loss.
This provision does not apply to products indicated as delivered:no return, commercial gesture or refund can be made concerning packages indicated as being"distributed"by the La Poste tracking tool, the latter being proof of the good delivery of your order.

In addition, the buyer accepts that the goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient regardless of the shipping method.
During the period from delivery to transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction are the responsibility of the buyer.

At the time of delivery, Globe Lovers invites the customer to carry out any necessary examination to detect any missing items, defects or other apparent defects or non-conformity of the products delivered to his order.The customer must in particular check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the products in their quantities, references and characteristics.The customer is strongly advised to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the packaging and, where applicable, the condition of the products (example:open and/or damaged package).

Packages returned to us for lack of addressing or non-complaint may be reshipped for a reshipment fee but may not give rise to any refund.
